(CoEL) is offering exclusive Machine Maintenance Program for Technicians to meet up the skill requirements required for the leather sector of Bangladesh. Here CoEL aims to create a pool of Maintenance Technicians who would contribute significantly to meet up the increasing demand for the particular position of technicians for the betterment of this sector. Keeping this is in mind CoEL has designed this training course with the support of professional trainers to impart technical, practical and theoretical aspects of Machine Maintenance Education to its youthful trainees.

| Trainee Facilities: | Each Trainee Technicians will get a monthly allowance which would be shared by CoEL and the respective factory. |
