Here CoEL aims to create a pool of Supervisors who would contribute significantly to meet up the increasing demand for the particular position of technicians for the betterment of this sector. Keeping this is in mind CoEL has designed this training course with the support of professional trainers to impart technical, practical and theoretical aspects of Supervisory Education to its youthful trainees.
